Work to align the shoulders over the elbows, pressing down into the forearms. 
Draw the shoulder blades down and wide to avoid sinking between the scapula.
Navel in, tailbone tucked. Don’t sag through the low back/drop the belly.
Lengthen from the crown of the head to the heels of the feet.
Breathe.
