For reals.  "Check yourself before you wreck yourself."
I am busy.  I am self-employed and work A LOT.  However, in order to do my job well, I recognize that finding a balance between work and life outside work is essential. 
We need to work to take care of our households and various financial responsibilities, but we need to let go and recognize that for MOST of us, nothing is that crucial or more precious than our own well being. 
Again, making space for yourself permits you to make more space for others.  So take a moment, relax, and breathe.
